Our Services
We offer the full range of services expected from an Exhibition company. We start with establishing the clients requirements along with their budgets, we take a full brief and try and get a good understanding of how their business works and what they are expecting from their exhibition or event.
Once the brief and budget have been agreed, this is passed on to our designer, who after having a conversation with our sales consultant starts to design and plan. Since we are not tied to anyone system we can design to fit most budgets and briefs. Once the design has been finalised costs are worked out and then presented to the client. This is usually done within three working days. If any changes are needed, these are made quickly in house, and hopefully the deal can be done.
Once the sale is confirmed, the order is discussed with our project team, who after a handover meeting with the client will take over the job. If a pre-build is required it’s done on site at our premises in Bourne, and signed off before the exhibition. If we are using our hire stock, changes can still be made at this point. We want our clients to enjoy working with us, and try to be as flexible as possible in our approach, while keeping to deadlines.
After the event we bring all of the kit back where it is stored at our facility in Bourne – we really do try and do everything for you, we have clients who like to keep some control and others who don’t, but we will look after you which ever type you are.
Events: We will take the brief and budget once again, come up with ideas, source venues, organise all of your AV requirements, whether it’s 1 Plasma screen or a whole Cinema, we can even arrange the catering. We are onsite throughout the event, and make sure everything is put back at the end of the day.
