Logistics The aim of good design is to design the problems out at the drawing board stage. The task of a good Project and Logistics Manager is to smooth out the build process, preventing problems from creeping back in and maximising the client's budget spend. Controlling suppliers of graphics, furniture, audio-visual equipment and telecoms is a task best taken on board by a project manager with the experience to deal with the challenges of the job. Few clients have the luxury, the time or the inclination to spend hours organising these requirements. Therefore the most economical solution is to ensure that a designated project manager will buy best, buy wisely and buy with confidence based on years of experience, acting in the client's best interests. We have Project Managed many events and exhibitions of all sizes in locations across the globe, controlling teams of up to 50 carpenters and electricians building double deck structures and pavilions. We use various computer programmes to help control the logistics and budgets to ensure that the stand or event is delivered on time, on budget, to the requisite standard.
