The Vice Chancellor's Address to the Open University

The annual address by the Vice Chancellor of The Open University is given live every year to a VIP audience whilst also being televised via a live broadcast to all the students. Elliott used a simple back drop of fluted columns with a metal mesh back screen with the OU logo on it. The presentation was supported by a back projection screen showing images of various programme presented during the past year. The colour scheme reflected the blue and gold of the University colours.
