The London Evening Standard achieved a world-wide first when they advertised a living art poster campaign on five billboards across London from Knightsbridge to Commercial Road, using live action with real-life professionals, recruited through the paper, to advertise the efficacy of their paper as a recruitment tool. Professionals such as teachers, media presenters, secretaries, commercial bankers and chefs were recruited through the pages of the Evening Standard who stayed on the billboards from 7am until 7pm, carrying out their job whilst interacting with the passers by on the bus, on foot or in their cars. The action was filmed and photographed for later use as part of a TV campaign. Elliott provided all the design, construction, erection, project management and support services for the campaign.
