The Ministry of Agriculture Fisheries and Food

The Ministry regularly attended events across the globe. Elliott designed many stands and conferences for them in Beijing, Xanchow and Czechoslovakia. The first stand produced for them used the entire pavilion floor as a Union Jack flag to strengthen the national credentials of the UK pavilion. In their third year at AgroFoodTech in China, at the height of the BSE crisis, MAFF launched it’s new cattle tracking system at the exhibition via a live web based telecast.

The UK Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food met the Chinese Agriculture Minister at the front of the stand for a press conference answering questions from specialist journalists.

The entrance feature used a carpet cut of a giant Union Jack flag as a presentation platform.
